CLASH OF CLANS | SEASON TWO STRUCTURE:

Saturday 15th August 2020:
⁍ Registration begins at 9:00AM WAT and ends at 8:59PM WAT. 

⁍ Verification of Registrations begin at 9:00PM WAT.

Sunday 16th August 2020:
⁍ Verification of Registrations end at 12:00PM WAT.

⁍ Edits and corrections of faulty registrations begin at 3:00PM WAT and end at 5:59PM WAT.

⁍ Publication of Official Qualifiers Clans for COC S02. 
Slot Allocation. 

Monday 17th August 2020:
⁍ Qualifiers Match Day 1 for Lobby A and Lobby B; 5:00PM WAT - 8:00PM WAT. 

Tuesday 18th August 2020:
⁍ Qualifiers Match Day 2 for Lobby A and Lobby B; 5:00PM WAT - 8:00PM WAT. 

Wednesday 19th August 2020:
⁍ Publication of Qualified Clans for COC S02. 

Thursday 20th August 2020:
⁍ Friendly matches amongst top Clans from Season One with auto entry into Season Two; 5:00PM WAT - 7:00PM WAT. 

Friday 21st August 2020:
⁍ Final Edits of Registration from Qualified Clans begins at 9:00AM WAT and ends at 11:59PM WAT. 

⁍ Verification Of edited Registrations begin at 12:00PM WAT and end at 2:59PM WAT. 

⁍ Publication of Official Registered Clans for COC S02. 

⁍ Slot Allocation. 

Saturday 22nd August 2020:
⁍ COC S02 Match Day 1; 5:00PM WAT - 7:00PM WAT. 

Sunday 23rd August 2020:
⁍ COC S02 Match Day 2; 5:00PM WAT - 7:00PM WAT. 

Monday 24th August 2020:
⁍ COC S02 Match Day 3; 5:00PM WAT - 7:00PM WAT. 

Tuesday 25th August 2020:
⁍ COC S02 Match Day 4; 5:00PM WAT - 7:00PM WAT. 

Wednesday 26th August 2020:
⁍ COC S02 Match Day 5; 5:00PM WAT - 8:00PM WAT.



DISCORD TOURNAMENT GUIDE:

The registration format in #🖊-¦¦-coc-registration makes provision for Clan Leaders to be indicated, so if there's an issue the primary heads of the affected Clans can be contacted easily. Co Leader(s) to be indicated so in the event the Leader can't be reached, he/she would be a contingency option. A Team Captain & Co Captain to be indicated as well. 

All 4 of the above stated will have direct access to match details in #📯-¦¦-coc-match-details. 

12 hours will be given for registration, the next 12-15 hours will be for verification of registrations, after which a 3 hour gateway will be opened for edits and reregistration of already registered participants. A reverification will commence in the next 3 hours after which a confirmation of verified and cleared registrations will take place. It will be indicated by white_check_mark 

In the event where a participant of this tournament feels his/her death wasn't normal, that participant is advised to record his/her death replay and upload it in #💬-¦¦-coc-chat, file a complaint and tag @Major, @General or @Commander for observation. 

NOTE: Registrations that are observed to have violated regulations during verification, and fail to either replace the affected participant(s) or remove them totally from the registration list in the 3 hour reregistration window, that team shall be disbanded and they'd forfeit the tournament. 

PENALTIES:
A violation of the above stated will result in sanctions at the discretion of the tournament organisers. All decisions in regard to violations are at the sole discretion of the tournament organisers/officials.

TOURNAMENT ORGANIZERS/OFFICIALS:
The basic organizers of this tournament is the Unsullied Army represented by the heads of the clan.
There might be guest officials during some editions of this tournament, they shall be indicated in #🏗-¦¦-coc-structure where applicable.
